"Mythical Homeland"

"Mythical Homeland" by Gary Baseman opens Saturday October 5th ( 7-9 pm next to Shulamit Gallery, Venice, wherever he will "showcases motifs of nostalgia and interior in an installation honoring his family's bequest." (Read more around the fair here). "Mythical Homeland" will be on behold from October 5-December 14, 2013.


The CHIBI POCKET GALLERY SHOW features Toy Sculptures by Junichi Tsuneoka (we've continually featured his Bamboo toys) launching October 5th at KOBO in Seattle (Opening reception; 4 – 6pm) and exhibits thru October 26th



I've previously posted WIPS, and now we have official info from LeBasse Projects for Yoskay Yamamoto at Times Square Hong Kong! Titled 'submerged', the exhibition and installation "features a series of Yamamoto's sculptures in a range of scales and sizes - from 3 inch hand carved works all the way up to a pair of 30 foot tall sculptures."
